Whether you are referred to us by a friend, colleague or fellow professional, we normally start our relationship by arranging a short telephone call to understand your current situation.
Following our initial contact, we will arrange a ‘Discovery Meeting’, which usually takes place at our offices or at your home / workplace (we can also accommodate ‘Skype’ meetings if preferred). It is designed for us to get to know you, your current situation & concerns but more importantly, we will spend the time establishing your goals and life objectives. You will also have an opportunity to understand the services we offer, expertise and fees. This exploratory meeting is conducted at our expense with no cost or obligation for you to proceed any further.
Once you feel we can add significant benefit to your situation, we will then proceed towards our ‘Financial Planning Meeting’, this is where we will start to gather details of your existing arrangements and begin to prepare a comprehensive picture of your financial future.
After we have collectively agreed the areas in which attention is required, we will schedule our ‘Mutual Commitment Meeting’ whereby we will present our personalised recommendations to you before implementation.
Moving forward we will schedule a 60 day follow up meeting to take care of any outstanding paperwork and to answer any questions or queries you may have.
The most important part of our service is your ongoing regular reviews which are designed to keep your financial plan on target and adapt to any changes in your circumstances.
We offer all prospective clients an initial discovery meeting, at our expense, in order to understand whether there is a good fit between your requirements and our services.
